Nature's Prenatal (180)

Formulated for pregnant and lactating women with 800mcg of folic acid, Nature’s Prenatal provides a balanced combination of vitamins and minerals to support the nutritional needs of both mother and baby. It also contains ginger root to help soothe the stomach. It’s free of artificial colours, flavours, preservatives, sweeteners, sugar, yeast, gluten, lactose, milk, soya and wheat. Each tablet contains, vitamin A (beta-carotene) 5,000 IU, vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 70mg, vitamin D (fish oil) 400 IU, vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol) 30 IU, vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate) 3mg, vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 3mg, niacin (niacinamide) 17mg, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 3mg, folic acid (folacin)  800mcg, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 5mcg, biotin 30 mcg, pantothenic acid (d-calcium pantothenate) 5mg, iron (ferrous fumarate) 27mg, Iodine (potassium iodide) 75mcg, magnesium (oxide) 75mg, zinc (gluconate) 7mg and copper (gluconate) 1mg. 

Take 1 tablet daily with a meal

(180 tablets per bottle).
